Treatment Techniques
We use a variety of treatment techniques depending on the condition, including:

- Joint mobilisations
- Muscle imbalance and stretching techniques
- Specific soft tissue massage and myofascial release

- Gait/movement re-education
- Hot/cold therapy
- Ultrasound
- Advice
The initial assessment takes approximately 1 hour and includes a treatment session. At the end of the first session, you will have a diagnosis and clear plan of treatment aimed at addressing your goals and wishes.
We are registered with all major healthcare companies and are happy to invoice them directly. We also accept self funding patients.
