TREATMENT AT HOME
We are one of the few Practices who are able to offer a Treatment at Home service, subject to distance required and availability. Please note the additional charges to the above pricing for such a service: £10 for every 15 minutes of travel time incurred in addition to 45p for every mile travelled to and from the Practice.
HOW TO PAY
We accept cash, cheque, BACS, and most debit / credit cards as methods of payment. Please note that a 2% surcharge will be added if using a credit card. There is no charge for using a debit card. Please make cheques payable to "Therapy Fusion Ltd." Thank you.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for.
Please give as much notice as possible if cancelling an appointment.
